This allows faster fixes of any maintenance issues and keeps tenants and landlords fully updated with progress on the reported issue. The system is managed and overseen by the Seafields Maintenance Section and can also provide detailed reports and statistics. It enables easy tracking, clearer communication and is available in over 40 languages.
