HAPPY 17TH BIRTHDAY SEAFIELDS

Due to Covid-19, we sadly cannot celebrate in person with our Seafields ‘crew’, clients and friends but we’ll be raising a glass (or 2) to celebrate 17 years in business!!  Please do so too 😊

17 YEARS!!  Can you believe it!  Through our passion for both property and people, we are so proud to have built a great reputation as an honest, hard working, leading independent Isle of Wight estate agency.

Opening the doors in 2003 with just 2 members of staff, we soon ‘grew’ in excellent reputation and size (our Ryde office doubled as soon as the next door premises became available) – and now we have the most prestigious, modern and open plan office in the heart of Ryde as well as our Seaview satellite office.  Our property experts take pride in the EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE  we have within the area we sell – knowing that of course ‘LOCATION, LOCATION’ is as important as the property itself!

In 2004, we also opened our  LETTINGS department …. and are so pleased to still be looking after/managing many of the same properties for our many loyal landlords.  We are always adding to our portfolio, enabling us to provide quality accommodation for many quality tenants.

Our policies have not changed from Day One.   We now certainly have the best team ever – all with excellent CUSTOMER CARE as their No. 1 priority.   One will always find our staff to be naturally CHEERFUL and ENTHUSIASTIC, with great attention to detail – and who will always GO THE EXTRA MILE.  This is what helps us stand out!

SO, a perfect opportunity to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to all our clients over the years.  We plan to continue for many years to come!  As soon as this current coronavirus lock down is over, we so look forward to seeing everyone again.  Best wishes and love from all the team.
