COVID-19 update

During this coronavirus pandemic, although the country is amidst a third lockdown, this time the Government are permitting the PROPERTY MARKET to continue – following very strict rules for the health & safety of clients and our team.

Our office is closed to the public during the lockdown periods and, for essential visits (i.e. collection of keys, etc.), an appointment is to be made.  All keys being handed out are sanitised before they are handed out, and upon their return.

Property visits:

Maintenance contractors are able to attend emergencies – all who wear the relevant protective gear.

Surveyors are able to carry out surveys – requesting owners to vacate the property during their visit.

If there are potential buyers or tenants in an immediate buying/renting position, i.e. sale agreed or with no related sale, we can arrange viewings.  We are sure all concerned will not mind that we do now need to ask extra questions prior to arranging visits.

Seafields member of staff will wear gloves and face masks – and keep good distance from clients.

Potential buyers/tenants:  Max 2 adults and no children.  All with face masks.

If the property is not vacant, we would require the residents to vacate the property for the duration of the visit.  All doors (and windows where possible) open.

Removal companies and solicitors are also currently working.
