PHILIP WEEKS:  Branch Manager / Business Development Manager

Philip is your typical Islander! Grew up and went to school in Bembridge, attended the IW college and moved to the mainland but made regular trips back to the Island. His career has been very heavily focused in the financial sector, training & development and both businesses & project management taking him all over the UK. Since returning to the Island in 2006,  many of his skills developed whilst working on the mainland have helped introduce successful new practices and methods of working with Island firms. Since joining Seafields Philip has been involved in heading up the company’s training & development program as well as overseeing the anti-money laundering procedures regulated by HMRC. When asked, Philip said “Joining Seafields in 2022 was an easy decision, established 20 years ago, Seafields has an exceptional reputation for customer service and strong ethics which has made my roll in helping expand the operation both as an Island wide trusted and recognised agent easier”.

Philip has also spent nearly 10 years working closely with Ryde School with Upper Chine as a school governor, as a member of the health and safety committee, housing and new building projects.  With his excellent expertise, popularity amongst clients and colleagues, and passion for property and people, we at Seafields are delighted to have Philip ‘on board’.

TOM BUCHANAN:  Senior Property Advisor

Tom joined us summer 2022 and has been a breath of fresh air with both his personality, enthusiasm and great rapport with colleagues and clients.  Having worked at a senior level in the property sector for a number of years, with an indepth knowledge of the Island and properties within each section.  Spending most of his working day valuing or viewing properties with clients, as well progressing sales up until completion, Tom certainly fits a lot into his working day.

When not at work, Tom enjoys family and all that the Island offers.
