Our property experts and valuers will always provide honest advice and realistic valuations of properties for sale and rent - and will do in depth research of similar sales or lets within the locality prior to our visit - also taking into consideration many other factors as is required before advising our opinion on value. Whilst aiming to achieve the best price/best buyer for each client, in this market, it is essential that the price is pitched 'correctly' on the first day of marketing to attract the right attention and avoid becoming 'stale' if this is not achieved.
